Do not be intentionally antagonistic. Posts or replies designed to provoke a confrontation are not acceptable.

Do not post spam. Toots containing just links or an inordinate number of hashtags are considered spam, as does any overly commercial self-promotion. (It is fine to toot about your own projects and share what you are excited to be working on — just keep the toot itself interesting).
